To ensure a smooth and satisfying experience, we have outlined the following return and exchange policy. We highly encourage you to review these terms carefully before proceeding with a return or exchange. Our goal is to maintain the quality and integrity of every product we offer, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please note that returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions below:

| Return Period | Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period unfortunately cannot be processed. |
| Transaction Limit | Each purchase is eligible for a one-time return or exchange only. Subsequent requests for the same transaction will not be accepted. |
| Product Condition | Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with complete packaging, and all original labels and tags intact. Items showing signs of wear, such as scuff marks, toe prints, or worn soles, are not eligible for return or exchange. |
| Damage Due to Misuse | Any damage resulting from misuse, improper fitting,or incompatibility of use is not eligible for return or exchange. Please ensure that products are tried and handled with care. |
| Proof of Purchase | A valid original receipt or invoice must be provided at the time of return or exchange. We are unable to process requests without proof of purchase. |
| Refund Policy | We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. Returns are eligible for an exchange only, and must be for the same model originally purchased. |
